Receipt of my order

Packages are generally shipped within 48 to 72 working hours after their ship date.

If you are not present during the presentation of the package to the delivery address, a notice will be filed by the Post in your mailbox. Equipped with proper identification, you will eventually pick up your package at the post office indicated on the notice of passage at the latest within two 2 weeks.
